Capabilities
Central to the Human Development Index (HDI)
approach is
the concept of capabilities.
Capabilities
what people can do
and
what they can become
are the equipment one has
to pursue a life of value.
All 194 countries in the world
each fall short in achieving
the highest index of 1.00.
The Liability displays the shortage.
We are ALL individual shareholders,
the figures, in OUR global economy.
When ALL countries share the holdings of the world,
ALL being equally capable to pursue a life of value,
the figure 194 will appear as Total Assets and also as Equity.
The Assets grow
the Liabilities diminish
and
ALL the Shareholders
become wealthy.
